Ordering Online:
Orders can be placed through our website
using the automated system if you wish to pay via
credit card or PayPal. To place an
order, click the "Purchase" button next to an item.
You will then be taken to your online shopping cart.
Clicking the "checkout" button will finalize your
order and begin the payment process.

Payment via PayPal:
During the checkout portion, you may select to
pay using PayPal. If you choose this option, you
will be directed to Paypal.com where you may
login to your account and complete the payment
process. If you pay
using a PayPal e-check, your order will be
shipped only after the funds are cleared.
Payment via Credit Card:
During the checkout portion, you may select
to pay using any major credit card (Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, American Express). At the
end of the checkout, you will be directed to a
secure page where you may enter your card
information. We DO NOT store credit card
information in our database. For details on how

Ordering by Phone:
Customers may also order
by phone by calling the toll free number listed on
our contact page. Phone
ordering is available only for customers within the
United States. International customers are required
to order online or by mail.
Ordering by Mail:
All orders (domestic and international) can also be placed through
regular mail. Payment can be in the
form of either money order or cashiers check made
out to "Civant Skin Care". We do not accept
personal or company checks. To place an order by
money order or cashiers check, please fill out the
mail order form and include it with your payment.
International Shipping:
International orders may be placed online or by
mail. If your country is not listed in the online
checkout, please use either PayPal or the Mail Order
form to submit your order. International orders
shipped via USPS Priority Mail generally take 7-14
days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on
the customs procedures of the destination country.
Orders shipped via US Airmail do not have tracking
information and
can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. We strictly
adhere to all customs and shipping procedures
imposed by the destination country. Please check
with your country’s customs office for precise
charges. We assume no responsibility with respect to
any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and
charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination
country. If the order is refused, the customer is
responsible for both duties incurred at the border
of the respective country and shipment back to the
U.S.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders typically leave our facility within 2
business days of receiving and clearing the payment.
Most of our domestic orders are shipped via US
Postal Service Priority Mail which normally takes
an additional 2-3 days from the date of shipment.
Based on these estimates, you can typically expect
your shipment to be delivered within 5 business days
of placing the order. Packages
will be marked from "Civant Skin Care" and
may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery times will vary depending on location. If you have any
questions regarding your purchase, you may email our

contact page. Order inquires will be
answered within 1 business day.
Civant Skin Care
30 Day Refund Policy:
For first time customers, we will issue a full refund, less shipping, on returned products (used or unused) post-marked within 30 days of the initial delivery date (as recorded by the courier) and accompanied with a proper RMA number (see below). For international customers that choose US Airmail as their shipping option, the 30 day period will begin 2 weeks after the order date. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Product containers must be returned in order for us to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when shipping the items. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been canceled, we can not issue a refund (no exceptions). Reorders and wholesale orders are non-refundable. If multiple orders for the same item exist in one household, only the first may be returned for a refund within 30 days.
To process a refund, please contact us for an authorization (RMA) number.
Include your order number along with the
reason for return. We will
NOT refund any returned orders without a proper RMA
number. Any package or items returned to us without a RMA
number will be discarded and not processed for a
refund. If your order was received
damaged or defective, please contact us for an
exchange.
Any package returned to us for a
refund must be post marked within 30 days of the
initial delivery date (as recorded by the courier).
For international customers that choose US Airmail
as their shipping option, the 30 day period will
begin 2 weeks after the order date. There are no exceptions
unless otherwise stated by a Civant Skin Care
representative.
