Refund policy

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a RMA number and return instructions. Include your order number along with the reason for return in your email. We will not refund any returned orders without an issued RMA number. All return requests must be made by email. Once you have received an RMA number, simply return the unwanted products and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full purchase price, less shipping. If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

  • If subsequent orders of the same product(s) are made after the original purchase of the product(s), they are not eligible for a refund. Orders with four (4) or more of the same product are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you're returning multiples of the same item, only one can be opened for a full refund. The other's must be completely sealed in the original packaging, otherwise they are not eligible for a refund.
  • If there are more than 3 or more orders placed within a thirty (30) day window, any order within that timeframe is not eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns and potential fraudulent activity.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Original product containers must be returned in order for us to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded/trackable delivery service when shipping the items. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been canceled, we can not issue a refund to a different account (no exceptions). The customer will be responsible for any service charges/fees that may be assessed by the credit card or banking institution. The start of the 30 day period is the day courier records successful delivery. There are no exceptions unless otherwise stated by a Civant representative.

All of our policies and warranties, including the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, apply only to purchases made directly through the Civant website ( or over the phone (1-888-3-CIVANT). Products that are sold by unauthorized sellers or any website other than do not carry any warranty through Civant. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in our discretion if a customer is abusing the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
