Ordering & Shipping Policies

Ordering Online:

Orders can be placed through our website using the automated system if you wish to pay via credit card or PayPal. To place an order, click the "Purchase" button next to an item. You will then be taken to your online shopping cart. Clicking the "checkout" button will finalize your order and begin the payment process.

  • Payment via PayPal:

    During the checkout portion, you may select to pay using PayPal. If you choose this option, you will be directed to Paypal.com where you may login to your account and complete the payment process. If you pay using a PayPal e-check, your order will be shipped only after the funds are cleared.

  • Payment via Credit Card:

    During the checkout portion, you may select to pay using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We also accept any debit card with a Visa/Mastercard logo. At the end of the checkout, you will be directed to a secure page where you may enter your card information. We DO NOT store credit card information in our database. Note: Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Due to our quick processing times, we can not make changes to addresses after an order has been placed. All orders are shipped to the address as it appears on the invoice.

Ordering by Phone:

Customers may also order by phone by calling the toll free number listed on our contact page. Phone ordering is available only for customers within the United States.

International Shipping:

International orders may be placed online or by mail. If your country is not listed in the online checkout, please use either PayPal or the Mail Order form to submit your order. International orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail generally take 7-14 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Orders shipped via USPS First Class (Air Mail) do not have tracking information and can take up to six weeks for delivery. We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping procedures imposed by the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office for precise charges. We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. All delivery times stated on our website are averages and may vary from country to country.

Domestic Shipping:

Orders typically leave our facility within 2 business days of receiving and clearing the payment. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail which normally takes an additional 2-3 days from the date of shipment. Based on these estimates, you can typically expect your shipment to be delivered within 5 business days of placing the order. Packages will be marked from "Civant Skin Care" and may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on location. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, you may email our support department through our contact page. Order inquires will be answered within 1 business day.

30 Money Back Guarantee:

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund, less shipping, on returned products, used or unused, post-marked within 30 days of the initial delivery date and accompanied with a RMA number. To obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and process a return, email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please mention your order number along with the reason for return. Upon receiving your request, we will respond within one business day with return instructions and an issued RMA number. We will not refund any returned orders without an issued RMA number. All return requests must be made by email.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Original product containers must be returned in order for us to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded/trackable delivery service when shipping the items. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been canceled, we can not issue a refund to a different account (no exceptions). The customer will be responsible for any service charges/fees that may be assessed by the credit card or banking institution. The start of the 30 day period is the day courier records successful delivery. For international customers that choose US Airmail/First Class as their shipping option, the 30 day period will begin 2 weeks after the order date. There are no exceptions unless otherwise stated by a Civant representative.

If your order was received damaged or defective, please email us for an exchange. All of our policies and warranties, including the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, apply only to purchases made directly through the Civant website (civantskincare.com) or over the phone (1-888-3-CIVANT). Products that are sold by unauthorized sellers or any website other than civantskincare.com do not carry any warranty through Civant. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in our discretion if a customer is abusing the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

No Hidden Charges, No Recurring Billing

All purchases processed by Civant are one time transactions. This means you will only be charged for the item(s) you purchased and will not be enrolled in any future automatic re-orders or recurring billing. We do not store your credit card information without permission and will not charge you for anything except for what is listed on your invoice.
